I am a multidisciplinary designer from Beirut, who holds a love for details and simplicity. In this wide creative field, my interest and passion lie in three major sects: social responsibility & design, strategic brand development, and typography.

As a kid who loved art and craft and as a Lebanese citizen who was always surrounded by constant socio-political conflicts, I always wanted to reflect my voice and help in creating change; and design was my tool.

That's when my journey in design for social change started. I emphasized my college design thesis and project in this field. I wanted to highlight the potential of graphic design in lifting up critical thinking regarding community issues and to use Art as a tool of reflection and change in the social, political, and ecological quest.

Social responsibility and conscious design don’t have to always be for a social cause. The responsibility of a designer is tied to their values, beliefs, and moral principles towards society, the economy, the environment, or politics.  And this practice of conscious design is what I have been carrying on throughout my course.

Besides design, I make contemporary hand-drawn prints with poetry, exploring consciousness, mindful human experiences, philosophy, and cultural art. The act of investigating mental and cultural constructs and translating them into symbolic compositions in addition to connecting with human experiences and stories remains the primary driving force behind my practice as an artist.
